Founded in 2022, Reliance Mediation Group serves individuals, families, and small businesses throughout Central and South Texas with professional mediation services designed to make difficult conversations more manageable. Whether sessions take place virtually or in person, our focus remains the same: creating a respectful environment where people can work toward practical, mutually acceptable solutions.
Molly Altizer is a mediator with training in Family Mediation, Divorce mediation (both in NY and Texas), Child Permanency Mediation, and Trauma Awareness Mediation, Eldercare Mediation, and Community Mediation.
As well, she has mediated in Divorce Mediation, Parent Planning Mediation, Special Education and Small Claims Court Mediation, including Landlord-Tenant, and Small Business Mediation.
Prior to mediating, Molly worked in print media and served as an English and journalism professor at colleges and universities in Alabama, Arizona, Texas, and New York. She holds degrees from Texas State University and the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa, and is the owner of Reliance Mediation Group.
Taylor is a law school graduate and credentialed mediator. Taylor received her mediation training at the Lubbock Office of Dispute Resolution while pursuing her law degree at Texas Tech University School of Law. Taylor worked as a dedicated mediator at the Lubbock ODR until she graduated, which inspired her to introduce mediation to other young professionals..
Taylor holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and a JD from Texas Tech University School of Law. She has worked at the Texas Attorney General’s Office, the Texas Workforce Commission, and has been volunteering for other non-profit organizations like the Austin Dispute Resolution Center, Austin Mediators Association, and Texas Association of Mediators.
